Q.What is a PocoPouch?

A. PocoPouch is a small pouch that is designed for the disposal of feminine hygiene products, condoms and other bathroom items such as cotton tips/ buds, band aids etc. It is white in colour and is packaged in a discreet zip lock bag. There are 20 PocoPouches in each zip lock bag.

Q. How does it work?

A. Simply place your sanitary or bathroom product inside the PocoPouch, fold over twice and dispose of thoughtfully.

Q. Will it be useful for me?

A. What do you usually do when you get your period if you're out and about? Do you find a plastic bag and throw it in the outside bin later on?  Do you flush it down the toilet and hope it wont get stuck? Using a PocoPouch means you don't need to think about what to do with your sanitary pad or tampon when you get your period, because you will already know. You will be in control.

Q. Will it take up too much room in my bag and get in the way?

A. Even though there are 20 PocoPouches in each bag, they are flat and not bulky.  They fit perfectly in a pocket in your handbag and for most of the month they are zipped away and you wouldn't even know they were in there. When its 'that time of the month', you will know where to find them.

Q. Are there any larger sizes?

A. At the moment, PocoPouches only come in one size.  They are big enough for tampons and rolled up sanitary pads. We have had a lot of feedback in regards to pouch sizes and because we listen to what you have to say,  we are working on supplying some larger PocoPouches in the future.  Please visit our facebook page and tell us what you think.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver throughout Australia and the world. For international orders please email us for shipping costs.

Q. Do you allow pick up?

A.  Pick up is NOT available. Sorry, no exceptions.

Q. What are the preferred methods of payment?

A. We prefer to use BANK TRANSFER from your institution as our preferred method of payment however, at PocoPouch, you can pay the way that suits you best. We also accept MasterCard, VISA via PayPal secure online payments.

PayPal payments can be made from most countries, including Australia. PayPal allows you to use your credit card, bank account and other options to make payments instantly online.  You dont even need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. It's safe, it's simple and it's FREE.

Q. When can I expect my order?

A. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and forwarded to you without delay. Delivery time is on average 3-10 working days depending on your location within Australia and Australia Post delivery times. 

International orders will take a bit longer than this. Postage is FREE within Australia. We use Australia Post as our preferred postal contractor.
